Hi, I'm George Fletcher
I own Saratoga Strings Guitar & Bass Lesson Center located in historic Saratoga Springs, NY.
I have been playing guitar and bass for more than 38 years in venues large and small, recording studios and simply for pleasure in my home.
I love the Adirondack region and live and breathe music so I am thrilled to have established my home and business here.

Michael Steiner Guitar
The son of "Road Dog" musician, Robert Steiner, Michael was born on the road and lived in clubs and hotels until the age of 5 years-old.
One of Michael's earliest gigs was a small gathering called Woodstock '94 with his high school band, Kyndnyss.
He has worked regionally with Sirsy, The New York Players, Good For The Soul, Joy Adler, Soul Session, Mrozek from Q103, and The Ginger Brothers.
He tours the country as guitarist for tribute acts Doug Church (The Voice of Elvis), and Tom Sadge (Neil Diamond). He previously played guitar for Metal Legends (out of Louisville KY), and Toys in The Attic (Aerosmith Tribute as Joe Perry). He says, "Looking back I've lived a strange life!"

James Gascoyne
Bass
Louisville, KY native James Gascoyne began playing guitar and bass while in his teens. Initially self taught, James went on to study music privately and then at the University of New Hampshire, The Berklee College of Music and received his BA in Music from Skidmore College.
While at Skidmore, James performed in the jazz ensembles on bass and drums under the direction of Chris Brubeck and John Nazzarenco.
He has worked regionally with groups such as ThirteenFour (arranger/performer), Spring Fed, Flavor! Featuring Garland Nelson (composer/performer), Keith Prays Soul Jazz Revival, Sarah Pedinotti Band/Railbird (on bass and guitar) Le Rubb (band leader, composer/arranger/performer on drums, bass and guitar).
